VESTA air seeder 8 PROFI is designed for precision seeding on traditional cultivation techniques. Provides sowing of seeds with the simultaneous introduction of liquid complex fertilizers and rolling of the soil in the sown rows.

Liquid complex fertilizers.
Liquid fertilizers are much easier to make the soil than granulated. They are introduced into the soil in the fall for the main cultivation or in the spring for pre-sowing cultivation. Also used for root and foliar feeding during the growing season of plants.
Liquid complex fertilizers (LCF) - simple and easy to use, moreover, they are relatively inexpensive. These fertilizers can be used in combination with pesticides, which can significantly save money on fuel. When using liquid complex fertilizers, losses are no more than 10%, while when using other fertilizers this figure can reach 30-40%
With the help of an electric pump with a productivity of 21 l/min, made by Pentair, connected to the tractor's energy system, liquid fertilizers are supplied through a filter from the tank to 3 adjustable valves, one main and two additional ones.
With the help of valves and a set of washers of various diameters, the fertilizer delivery rate is set for each line. Excess liquid is returned to the tank through a reversible feed system.
VESTA 8 PROFI seeder has a total capacity of tanks for liquid complex fertilizers of 500 liters (250x2).A tap is provided at the bottom of the main tank for draining the remaining liquid fertilizers.
A plastic tank for transporting clean service water is located separately on the frame.
Liquid fertilizer is delivered through a hose with a metal tip located between the skid opener and the press rollers.
Low positioning of the seeding unit - due to the minimum distance from the point of dropping the seeds to the seeding bed, the accuracy of seed placement in the row is ensured.

Sowing section was equipped with a 2-contour drive units. Reliable protection of the drive units ensures work on the fields clogged with plant residues.
Adjustable LUMP DISPOSAL allows hanging even jnthe fields with plant debris and clods of soil.
Seeders VESTA 8 PROFI are equipped with universal skid-shaped seed openers with replaceable "heel" for sowing corn and sunflower seeds or sowing beet seeds. The skid-shaped seed coulter provides high-quality seed placement at the seeding depth, as well as the accuracy of seeding when the seeder is operating at the fields with high humidity.
Tube frame that serves as a receiver design with individual access to the diagonal section provides uniform underpressure in all of the sowing apparatuses (allows to keep the seeds in heavy holes sowing disc end sections), thereby allowing to achieve a high quality of all the sowing row crops and other crops.
It controls the passage of seeds in each opener, the speed of movement and transmits information to the monitor, allows keeping records of the sown area. This makes it possible to quickly correct deviations.
On the universal pneumatic seeder VESTA 8 PROFI, the design of the gear mechanism has been improved, which improves the maintainability of the unit and provides a wider range of seeding rates.
The use of hardware with a strength class of at least 8.8 ensures reliability and durability of operation.
Use of high-strength steel pipes of European design reduces frame weight while increasing its strength and rigidity, which reduces the fuel consumption of the tractor.
The production line is equipped with a powder coating line Ideal-line (Denmark). This painting technology allows us to produce high-quality paintwork with a warranty period of more than 8 years.
