The cultivator ALTAIR-5,6-01 with a basic set of working bodies and a device for introducing liquid fertilizers performs the following operations:
- pruning weeds and loosening the soil in the aisles;
- loosening of row spacing with chisel-shaped paws;
- feeding plants with liquid complex fertilizers.
A number of technical solutions make this versatile cultivator an indispensable tool for agricultural producers.
A 800 liter liquid fertilizer tank made of polymeric materials with smooth walls, which prevents the deposition of chemical sediment, at the bottom there is a tap for draining the remaining liquid fertilizers into the container.
Pump with a productivity of 21 l / min maintains a given rate of application of liquid fertilizers through a filter from a tank with 2 adjustable valves. With the help of valves, the rate of fertilization in each row is set and provides a rate of 30 to 450 l / ha, the excess liquid is returned back to the tank through a reversible feed system. The liquid fertilizer application system is connected to the 12 V power supply of the tractor.
4 sets of drainage washers with different through-hole diameters provide liquid fertilizer supply to the cultivator tines funnels providing different rates of liquid fertilizer supply per 1 hectare.
Rigid parallelogram suspension of the sections of the working bodies precludes damage to crops and ensures copying of the soil relief. All units are made of European steels and mounted on sealed rolling bearings, which increases the unit's service life.
Rubber tires of the road rollers of the sections ensure their self-cleaning from the soil and maintain a given depth.
Wear-resistant tines of our own production are installed on the ALTAIR inter-row cultivators, special boron steel is used for their manufacture, which made it possible to increase the service life of the tines by 100%. Steel holders of the tines of the shares withstand significant loads.
Reliable transport device allows the cultivator to be transported on public roads with a width of 2.1 m
Production line was equipped with a powder coating line -Ideal-line (Denmark). This painting technology makes it possible to produce high-quality paintwork with a guaranteed service life up to 8 years.
Usege of hardware with a strength class, at least 8.8, ensures reliability and durability of exploitation.
Fuel consumption when working with a 80 hp tractor is 4.6 l/ha.
