To make it easier to understand differences between trim levels, we have introduced concept of accurate farming levels for our sprayer. First level is minimum set of functions that meets requirements of accurate farming. Second level is middle set of functions and third level is maximum functions set.
The control of all hydraulic functions is simple and reliable via the terminal from the tractor cab. With the multifunctional unit, control of functions is particularly convenient.
Following functions are possible
Height adjustment, folding / unfolding, one-sided folding, reducing effective width of boom, slope adjustment (manual or automatic depending on the equipment).
Sprayers and communications on TETIS sprayer are installed by Italian company "Arag". The TETIS sprayer comes standard with 3-way nozzles that have constant coverage over a wide pressure range. Nozzle dispensers have a constant spray angle of 110˚, reducing drop drift when operating 1 - 1.5 bar pressure, which guarantees excellent coverage. The moulded nozzle body made of chemically resistant Delrin® material extends the product’s service life. Blue nozzle - consumption up to 150 l/ha - fine dispersion. Red nozzle - consumption up to 300 l/ha - medium dispersion used for work in hot or windy weather.
It is possible to use a sprayer with one nozzle for differentiated application of working fluid rates with blue nozzles from 80 to 250 l/ha at a speed of 8 to 15 km/h, with red nozzles from 100 to 340 l/ha at a speed of 8 to 15 km/h
Membrane-piston pump from Italian company Annovi Reverberi with maximum capacity of up to 250 l/min, allows you to work at speeds from 6 to 15 km per hour, and increases the spraying performance up from 10.8 to 42 ha/h, which is 40% higher compared to competitors.
Sprayer tank: made of high-strength and shape-stable plastic with volume of 3200 liters; Smooth inner surface minimizes deposition of used chemicals and facilitates quick and easy internal cleaning; shape of tank prevents the fluid from swinging and the sprayer toppling over; inside the tank, special hydraulic-type agitators are installed to maintain a constant concentration of working fluid and prevent foaming.
Premixer for filling with working volume of 30 liters with gun for pumping liquid from a canister can be used to prepare a working solution or pour a concentrate into the main tank. Nozzle for flushing containers excludes contact with hazardous substances during operation, and also allows using their contents without waste.
Tank for flushing system with capacity of 250 liters, provides maximum cleaning of sprayer's system from the working fluid.
Drops leak protection. If the pressure fals below 0.5 bar at the nozzle, the solution will stop flowing.
There is a possibility of self-priming of water from natural reservoirs (in the presence of an extension hose). To protect the nozzles from contamination in the liquid system, filters are installed:
• At the entrance to the barrel,
• In front of the pump,
• After the pump,
• On each sections,
• On each nozzle.
The telescopic track width adjustment system from 1400 mm to 2250 mm allows the TETIS sprayer track to be adjusted in accordance with the tractor track and row spacing of row crops.
The BONDIOLI & PAVESI wide-angle universal drive shaft allows turning without switching off the tractor PTO shaft, which in turn increases the reliability of the universal joint and saves time.
Production line was equipped with a powder coating line Ideal-line (Denmark). This painting technology makes it possible to produce high-quality paintwork with a guaranteed service life up to 8 years.
For work at night, the sprayer is equipped with spotlights.
On request, it is possible to install individual nozzle LED illumination.
