Ukrainian brand ELVORTI at AGROMASHEXPO: we are starting the exhibition season 2024

From 24 to 27 January 2024, the largest agricultural trade exhibition in Hungary, AGROMASHEXPO, held at the HUNGEXPO-Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center, during which the Ukrainian manufacturer ELVORTI presented its innovative solutions for agriculture. With the support of the official partner of the Hungarian company CONTSTAR Kft, a presentation of several key products took place at the joint stand, among which the following stand out:

Combined unit ASTRA 3+PALLADA 3000. The mounted design of the seeder with a weight of only 985 kg makes the unit maneuverable in fieldwork and transportation. With a working width of 3 m and a row spacing of 120 mm, the grain seeder can effectively use in small areas under conditions of intensive agricultural technologies.

The 3m wide grain seeder is economical for small farms and provides a faster return on investment for farmers. The total volume of the grain tank of the ASTRA 3 seeder is 500 liters, which allows you to sow 3 hectares in one load at a wheat seeding rate of 200 kg/ha. The tedder installed in the bunker ensures a uniform flow of grain to the sowing unit without clogging the bunker. The hopper lid on the ASTRA 3 seeder opens at an angle of more than 90 degrees, which increases the accessibility of the hopper for loading from big bags.

For safe transportation on public roads, a world signal system (turns) is installed. The sowing unit is made of polymer materials that are resistant to wear and corrosion. The double coil ensures sowing of both small-seeded crops and large seeds. Thanks to the helical design, the reel feeds the seeds smoothly and evenly without damaging them, which increases the accuracy of seed distribution in the row. A continuously variable transmission mechanism (variator) ensures smooth adjustment of seed and fertilizer seeding rates.

The ASTRA 3 seeder can be additionally equipped with a trim line seed wheel-switching device, which forms a technological path, saving seed material. Telescopic seed wires, compared to rubber ones, allow for a more stable direction of the seed flow and have a longer service life.

Upon request, the ASTRA 3 seeder is equipped with a seeding control system with new seed flow control sensors of increased reliability and accuracy. The design of the drive system with a press roller and a coulter pressure mechanism of up to 35 kg allows for uniform deepening of the coulters into the ground. The unique design of the double-disc single-row coulter, due to a 6 mm offset, ensures effective soil cutting in fields with crop residues and has a self-cleaning function.

Maintenance-free hubs from FKB provide a long service life. The opener is made of high-hardness metal, which contains boron and increases the service life of the opener by 100%. Press wheels ensure sowing in conditions of different soil moisture levels. A reliable adjustment system ensures stable, uniform seed depth. To clean the compacting rollers, scrapers made of wear-resistant steel are installed, which increases the service life of the scrapers.

An advantageous feature of the ASTRA 3 mechanical grain seeder with a three-meter working width is the ability to attach it to the PALLADA 3000 disc harrow, which allows farmers to perform soil cultivation and sowing in one pass. By combining sowing and harrowing in one pass, farmers save fuel, lubricants and labor, and spend the sowing season faster and more efficiently. The harrow ensures proper soil preparation, breaking up clods and creating an optimal seedbed. The ASTRA 3 mechanical grain seeder with a working width of 3 m offers a winning combination of economy and versatility. Thanks to its full integration with the 3-meter PALLADA 3000 harrow, it not only saves time, but also contributes to more efficient use of resources.

Also on display at the stand was the TETIS 24 Bravo 400 LT. Thanks to its numerous functional options, the TETIS sprayer meets the high demands in the fields of precision farming and modern crop protection. The TETIS trailed sprayer with a tank capacity of 3200 liters has a reliable and easy-to-use design.
