Double-row disc harrows of the PALLADA 6000 series are multifunctional implements with a working width of 6 m. Equipped with 560 mm discs. The size of the discs allows for good grinding of crop residues with a large working width. In this case, the angle of attack of the disc can be adjusted to the working depth. In large fields, impressive productivity of up to 7.2 hectares per hour is especially visible. This keeps the total cost per hectare to a minimum.
Double-row disc harrows of the PALLADA series are used in all agro-climatic zones, as well as in fields with a large amount of crop residues. Designed for effective resource-saving, surface, pre-sowing soil cultivation using Mini Till farming technology, for sowing grain, industrial and forage crops.
Zone 1 - drives:
- destruction of weeds, crushing of crop residues after harvesting sowing crops, loosening of the surface layer of soil to a pre-sowing state,
Zone 2 - skating rinks:
- leveling the relief of the field and compaction of the soil with rollers.
Discs with a diameter of 560 mm are intended for pre-sowing soil cultivation. Double-row disc harrows of the PALLADA series are equipped with swivel-spherical discs on individual tines with a diameter of 560 mm, for pre-sowing soil preparation without preliminary plowing and tillage after harvesting.
Discs are made of boron-containing European steels of increased hardness, due to which the service life is increased up to 100%. The unique disc sharpening method ensures uniform disc wear along the entire cutting edge while maintaining its sharpening throughout its entire service life. To protect against counterfeiting, the manufacturer's stamp is used. Optimum number of disc cutouts for superior soil crumbling and residue cutting.
Design of hub of cutting unit, due to installation of a collar with a cassette seal, increases life of bearing by 60% and reduces time for maintenance by up to 50%.
The disc harrow design provides independent row adjustment of the disc entry angles from 00 to 300, which allows you to optimize soil cultivation in accordance with different working depths. Thus, this contributes to the improvement of the agrotechnical parameters of soil cultivation, as well as to a decrease in the required tractive effort of the tractor. Bushings are installed on the bar for changing the entry angle of the discs, which makes it easier to adjust the entry angle. A small entry angle provides a shallow surface harrowing, while an increasing of entry angle provides good penetration.
New design for adjusting tillage depth by moving pin between holes. Design made it easier to adjust depth of soil cultivation, while increasing durability of the unit.
Each harrow disc of the PALLADA is mounted on an individual rack. The absence of a single axis precludes winding of crop residues and clogging of the interdisc space.
Double-row disc harrows of the PALLADA series are equipped with an incredibly strong frame, which ensures a long-life service, even, in difficult conditions.
Frame was prodused by using high-strength pipes from European steel, which provides reducution of the weight of the frame structure, while increasing its strength and rigidity, as a results, tractors fuel consumption was decreased.
Oiler nipples on each hub ensure durability of unit, and oiler nipples at rack attachment essembly, preclude clogging with dust and breakdown of the racks and ensure easy setup of unit.
Production line was equipped with a powder coating line -Ideal-line (Denmark). Painting technology makes it possible to produce high-quality paintwork with a guaranteed service life up to 8 years.
Thanks to the unique folding structure, the PALLADA 6000 series double-row disc harrows with a working width of 6 m could be quickly configured into transport position for easy transportations on the public roads. The folding structure lowers the mashinary center of gravity for safe maneuvering.
